FAQ

The FAQ has its own page.

Trading Guidelines

1. Standard trading operation: If you contacted me first, you send first, and vice versa. If we've traded before, we send about the same time. Obviously, if you're buying, you send payment first regardless of who contacted whom. I also reserve the right to check your feedback/reputation with other traders.

2. Feel free to check out my feedback as well - I have nothing to hide: Yahoo, eBay, Bidville, Epier. Also, I think most of the people in my link list can remember who I am and give testimonials.

3. If you're buying, you pay postage. If you're trading, you get off for free. I consider any time cards are included with a payment that it is a trade and you do not pay postage.

4. I expect a trade or sale to be complete within one month - two weeks for holds and negotiations, and two weeks for payment/cards to arrive. Exceptions can be made, but they should be just that - exceptions.

5. After a sucessfully completed trade, I will ask to add your site or email to my link list as a little thank you present for dealing with me. ^_^

Shipping Rates

I charge no handling fees through the website, and I insure and/or delivery confirm on request. Most packages are mailed USPS, but I can also mail FedEx or UPS on request. For Paypal payments, I include delivery confirmation for no additional cost to protect my sanity.

1-10 cards can usually be sent in a plain white envelope for a flat rate. I can fit two Dart cards and usually three Japanese cards into a hard plastic sleeve and ship for a stamp. Past that, I pack cards in soft sleeves and wrappers, stiffened with cardboard, for about $0.75.
11-30 cards usually fit into a small bubble mailer (which costs $0.32) and ship for about $1 to $2.50. Small bubble mailers are actually cheaper in my area than small manilla envelopes. Don't ask me why.
30+ cards is considered a "large" order and goes on a case-by-case basis. Allow at least $0.50 for a larger envelope and $3 for shipping. Order over 100 cards and I'm likely to put them in a small box in ziplock bags, about $4-6 depending on whether or not I have a box.

Contact Info

First tip: Make sure your subject line says something about cards or trading.
ladyphoenix9@hotmail.com is my main address which I check several times a day, but I also have filters to keep the spam to a minimum. starbabe9_00@yahoo.com gets checked every few weeks, but that has the advantage of not having any filters or blocked domains. If you think for any reason your email doesn't/won't get through to the Hotmail account, by all means CC it to the Yahoo one. I'll get it eventually.

Scan Usage Policy

Ninety-five percent of these scans are from my own collections. I've credited all those scans that I stole through the years.
Feel free to use any of these scans, but please include the credits and do not hotlink the pictures. I'm not an idiot...I can tell when you lifted half my scans without asking. *cough*
