It would be nice to own Malachite though... ====================================================================== Last time: Zoycite appears in front of Queen Beryl in a cloud of cherry blossom petals, which surprises Malachite. This was Zoycite's first formal introduction to Jedite and Nephrite. Now, Zoycite is going to learn her role in the NegaVerse. ====================================================================== "Zoycite, Malachite, Nephrite, and Jedite, now that all four generals are present, I will explain out mission." said Queen Beryl. "The mission of the NegaVerse is to spread our evil energy throughout the earth." "Jedite and Nephrite, please step forward." Both Jedite and Nephrite stepped out from Queen Beryl's minions, and bowed before their Queen. "Your job is to gather energy. I don't care how you accomplish this task. Jedite, you begin now, with Nephrite as your backup. Jedite, you are dismissed." "Yes, my queen." replied both Jedite and Nephrite. "Well, what are you standing there for? Go!" yelled Queen Beryl angrily. "Sorry. I'm leaving now" replied Jedite as he left the throne room. "Incompetent fool." muttered Malachite. "What did you say Malachite?" Queen Beryl asked sternly. "Nothing my Queen. I just had a...um...frog in my throat." stuttered Malachite. "That's what I thought. Anyways, Zoycite, come forward." said Queen Beryl. "Yes m'queen?" asked Zoycite as she bowed to her queen. "Zoycite, after your training has been completed, you will collect the seven rainbow crystals and the silver imperium crystal." said Queen Beryl. "Queen Beryl, what are the-"asked Zoycite, but she was interrupted by Queen Beryl. "Silence Zoycite! You are in no position to ask questions at this time." replied Queen Beryl sternly. "Finally, Malachite, you are already aware of your mission, so there is no reason to go over it again." said Queen Beryl. "Zoycite and Malachite, you are both dismissed to continue training. Nephrite, please remind Jedite to see me at once when he has returned." * * * "Malachite, what are the rainbow crystals? And how will I find them?" asked Zoycite. "I'm not exactly sure." replied Malachite. "I think they are seven crystals hidden inside seven mortals down on earth. I believe that once all seven are obtained, they will form the silver imperium crystal, which is needed to release the NegaForce. However, I have no idea how you'll obtain them." ~Zoycite: It's so wierd. I just met Malachite this week, yet I feel like I've known him all my life. I wonder if I'm falling in love with him...~ "Zoycite, how and why did you pick cherry blossom petals to appear in? I never taught you how to do that." asked a confused Malachite. "I don't know how I got the cherry blossoms, but I do know why." replied Zoycite. "Explain." said Malachite. "Well," began Zoycite, "I'm constantly thinking of my life back on earth. I don't miss the people, but I miss the park. You see, there is this big cherry blossom tree in the center of my favorite park. I would spend all my free time there. Just sitting and reading or watching children play. Infact, that's where I was when Nephrite found me." ~Zoycite: I keep getting this strange feeling whenever I look at Malachite. Like I want to be with him forever, and never let go of him. Maybe I should show him how I feel.~ Without a word, Zoycite walked over to Malachite and kissed him. ~Malachite: What is she doing? And what is this feeling? I've never felt it before, it's scaring me.~ Malachite pulled away and said, "I'm sorry. I need to get back to my room. I'm extremely sorry." And with that, Malachite dissapeared. "Grrrr! How could I be so stupid!" Zoycite scolded herself. "I should never have done that! Malachite must think I'm a total idiot. 'What the hell am I, a nymphomaniac?'" (AN: the previous sentance is a quote from Babes in Arms. Any of my friends reading this, will understand. ^_^) * * * Zoycite and Malachite continued their training, but there was a change in their relationship. It was a little more awkward. A few weeks later, Queen Beryl inturrupted their latest training exercise. "Generals! Report now!" Queen Beryl's voice echoed through the halls. "She always calls at the most inoppertune times." said Zoycite. "Oh well." replied Malachite, "We can finish training later. Let's go see what she wants this time." ====================================================================== Well, that's it for the third installment of Zoycite's story.
